Mobility Scooter Road Or Pavement Mobility scooters can be used on pavements provided they are in accordance with the law. They are not permitted to be driven on motorways, bus lanes or 'cycle-only' paths though. As with all vehicles, users must obey traffic rules and adhere to pedestrian traffic signals.
